Four friends, one coastline

Octopus Seaside grew naturally from Octopus House — the first place where it all began.

It started as a shared idea between four friends who kept returning to the same coastline, drawn by the rhythm of the waves, the surf and the feeling of being near the ocean. Over time, Caparica became a place of routines: early mornings by the sea, long afternoons on the coast, and evenings that stretch a little longer than planned.

Just a short walk from the beach, five apartments — each with its own atmosphere — reflect different ways of experiencing the same place. Designed for comfortable, easy stays by the sea, whether for a few days or longer.

A1 on the ground floor (two bedrooms, 41 m², opening onto the garden) or B2 on the first floor (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, rooftop terrace).

Is Octopus Seaside good for longer stays?

Yes — the house was designed for comfortable stays of a few days or longer, with a kitchen in every apartment.

How is it connected to Octopus House?
