It started as a shared idea between four friends who kept returning to the same coastline, drawn by the rhythm of the waves, the surf and the feeling of being near the ocean. Octopus House came first: apartments designed around the needs we always had when travelling.
Over time, Caparica became a place of routines — early mornings by the sea, long afternoons on the coast, and evenings that stretch a little longer than planned. Octopus Seaside was created to extend that feeling: five apartments and a shared garden, right next door.
